If your marketing isn’t bringing in dream projects, it’s costing you.

Too many builders and designers look like “just another option”—and end up stuck with low-paying clients, a messy pipeline, and work that doesn’t excite them.

After a decade in the industry, I’ve seen the same problems come up again and again.

  • Attracting time-wasters instead of ideal clients

  • Getting "nice" projects—not dream ones

  • A shaky pipeline, even when you’re busy

  • Marketing that doesn’t work—or doesn’t exist

  • Saying yes to everything because lack clarity

I’ve built a proven process to fix all five—so you can consistently land the projects you want and become the go-to expert in your space.

Let’s turn your content into a client-magnet and get dream clients excited to work with you

You can’t win if you don’t know where the goalposts are.

That’s why I work with builders and designers to create a clear, strategic plan—one that maps where you are now, where you want to go, and exactly how to get there.

It’s a proven, repeatable approach that turns your marketing into a tool for long-term business success—not just short-term wins.

Think: better clients, higher-value projects, more “yes” decisions—and fewer quotes, because people already know you’re the one.

The Solution

How I do that is by implementing a proven and repeatable approach to how you market both your business and your projects by working with you to develop both a short, and a long term strategy focused solely on your business success.

I want to help you to not only identify where you are in the business right now, but get clear on where you want to go. Because, if you get clear on where the goal is, you're far more likely to be able to get there and to see the kind of success you want.

So I want to essentially become your marketing partner and cheerleader to help you look at each project as a whole and how that can help you get to your long term goals.

To help you get those better clients, the higher value projects, winning those quotes or better yet, not even having to quote in the first place because the clients are now coming to YOU, because they already know, you're the builder for them.

How good would that be!

Well it's possible.

With the right plan, and the right strategy.

STEP 1 - SOCIAL MEDIA OVERHAUL

The first step to becoming more attractive to your future clients is overhauling your socials and actually putting a social media plan in place, putting down the phone and no longer doing this yourself

It's the first place the majority of your clients are going to see you, so start here.

Why is this important?

From the very first site visit you've now got high quality, professional media that's appealing to future clients from the very second they see your social feeds.

What you get

Regular, fresh, engaging content so your socials don't go stale

MORE IMPORTANTLY You get your time back now you're not doing all of this yourself.

You get credibility with future clients now all they see from you is high level content.

You get clarity on what it is you're actually trying to achieve

STEP 2 - WEBSITE PORTFOLIO

Your socials drive people to your website. Your website converts them into clients.

Using editorial style images and engaging video content that potential client now starts to create an emotional connection to you and your business

Talented architects, designers and builders not only inspire future clients but they have a huge demand for their skillset.

You need to show that skillset and expertise in the highest quality way possible.

Why is this important?

You're showing proof you can deliver their desired outcome, a beautiful new home for them and their family.

You're doing it all at a professional level which speaks volumes about your brand and your business

You're now starting to plant the seed that you might be the person they're looking for

STEP 3 - CASE STUDIES & PROJECT STORIES

Now you've got the essentials covered, this is where we kick it up a gear and really get going.

A project story is where you detail to the viewer, your journey through the project from start to finish. Not only that, it's done so in a way that focuses on your expertise and the value you brought your client.

  • What was your brief?

  • How did you complete it?

  • Why did the client choose you?

  • What challenges came up along the way?

  • How did you solve them?

Why is this important?

You start to build trust, you build credibility and you instil clarity as to who you are and how you can help them.

You're talking to them about them and their needs and showing you're the solution to their problems and that's what makes you stand out in their mind.

STEP 4 - CLIENT STORIES & CASE STUDIES

People today are more skeptical than ever and every builder is going to tell every client that of course they can build them a quality home. And in most cases, they're right. Any decent carpenter can build a home the client will like but the completed home is just the bi-product of a much longer journey with you and your client.

The problem is that "testimonials" don't really do much to move anyone closer to becoming your client. They're written by people who are too busy to give them deep thought and they're written by sub par writers and aren't compelling because they haven't been asked the right questions.

A client story is much more than just a testimonial. It's an in depth case study about what specific problems you solved for your client and the journey you took them on to get to the end result, which is their dream home they can't stop raving about

Why is this important?

Seeing someone talk about the same problems they're talking about and then saying "this builder here, took all those problems away and our life is great because of it" is worth an untold amount of money for you and your business and can literally be the difference between you getting the job or not.

STEP 5 - TELL YOUR STORY

If you want to have a pipeline full of dream projects where you get to pick and choose which ones you work and dream clients who are happy to wait to work with you, this is what you need.

Everything else we've just discussed is great, but your story is what will get prospects emotionally connected to you in a way where speaking to another someone else just isn't an option.

Why is this important?

Your story is your chance to take control. It's where you build trust in your prospects mind. It's where you stand out and build an emotional connection with your future clients, it's where you cement that you're here to serve them more than other builders and is where you put your best foot forward.

Your story is your unique selling position and your best tool to make you attract ideal clients and projects on a consistent basis. It shortens the sales cycle and converts leads into sales like wildfire.

If you want to take your business to the next level, you can't rely on word of mouth or networking or “letting the work speak for itself”. Not anymore. If you're serious about your business, you have to take control and telling your story is the only way to do this.

It’s the one thing that nobody else, not even AI can replace and is the most important asset in your business. YOU
